Cali Raw Dog Food Product Line

In addition to raw foods tailored to both adults and puppies, Cali Raw also offers an assortment of bonus products like bones and treats.

Raw Dog Food

Cali Raw Dog Food is separated into life stage-specific formulas to meet your dog’s nutritional needs at every developmental stage. Use the brand’s dog age calculator to learn more about how different breeds age.

Adult Formulas

The adult formulas are designed for dogs age 12 to 14 months or older, depending on their breed and size. The food is available in four flavors: beef, turkey, chicken, and lamb.

Puppy Formulas

The puppy formulas can be fed to younger dogs, anywhere up to 10 to 14 months depending on the dog. Cali Raw recommends starting younger puppies with four meals per day, eventually weaning down to two meals per day as they transition to adult food. Puppy formulas are available in two flavors: chicken and beef or turkey and lamb.

Raw Bones

For dog parents who like to give their pooch an occasional fun treat, Cali Raw sells three types of raw bones: beef marrow, lamb femur, and beef knuckle. Each is designed for different breed sizes, although the company recommends not exceeding 30-60 minutes of chew time three times per week across the board. The bones also aren’t designed for puppies younger than six months.

Dog Treats

Who doesn’t love treats? Cali Raw keeps everyone happy with their Venison Jerky Treats, a healthy nutritionist-approved strip-style treat that are so high in quality that even humans can eat them. The brand recommends cutting the strips down into bite-sized tidbits for use as training treats.

About Cali Raw

Cali Raw Nutrition was founded in 2018 in Newport Beach, California by Brandine Strand, a passionate dog owner who lost her beloved Chihuahua to kidney failure and began researching how canine nutrition can affect serious health issues. She ditched the store-bought kibble for a raw diet and immediately saw improvements in her other dogs’ health. After serious testing and development with the aid of a dog food formulator, she eventually made her raw recipes available to pet owners across the United States.

Where To Buy

Cali Raw dog food can only be purchased online through the brand’s website. Food is produced weekly and can either be picked up locally in Orange County, CA or express shipped to any address within the continental United States. 1. Well if you looking for good quality food I will advice you to go somewhere else this is my first time as a costumer and as a first timer they give you a discount witch they give to everyone so out of my first box one bag of food was bad and make my dog sick let’s start by saying that 13 out of the 14 days of giving this food was pretty normal yes they got some diarrhea with solid stools but was transitioning so I understand how it works I have 2 dogs witch one of them has allergies and sensitivity stomach that’s why I change her to this food because it saids it can help with her problem but by the 14 day I give my one dog with sensitive stomach the last bag of my first box that has been in the freezer the hole time and that was looking not so good my dog got nasty diarrhea and when I go check my next new batch of food I just got that same day I see 2 out of 18 bags were exactly like the one I just give to my dog (if you cook you know when ground meat it has gone bad) But I trust in the company and was to late when I realize it they were mixed bad batches in my box so when I try to look for an expiration date or processes date there is non only a lot number that was weird when I get to sent a video to costumer service of all the bags they sent me and the 2 ones that were looking nasty brown i ask if can be replaced those 2 bags in my new order witch I change my subscription to weekly after my first box and I can pick it up a day before my pick up time since the date you can pick up your food were my dog last meal from that batch so I was out 2 bags so a full day of food for one of my dogs they refuse to provide me with any help witch I ask multiple time to return the bad bags and they can inspected but they did not care they just refuse to provide me any information or solutions and told me that they give me a greater discount And they couldn’t do anything else for me witch they give me a first timer discount that they give to everyone else and a 5% discount if you get their subscription witch I did and set up as weekly they refuse to give any sort of information about there expiration date that’s a red flag than they told since they give me this ”greater discount” they couldn’t help me any more and I should go somewhere else so completely disregarded the fact that they mixing bad batches of food with good batches this was told by there management When I texted the first time my concern to costumer service they told me they can’t help me that I should wait for management to contact me this evening witch I waited the hole day and not call I had to sent a text to ask why anyone has contact me for a manager to sent me an email and saying that they give me a greater discount and couldn’t help me any more witch I didn’t got any special discount than anyone else and when I ask about the quality of food they avoid to answer all of my question saying I should go to get food somewhere else when I already transition from my older food to this one horrible experience and horrible costumer service and management they just want to make money instead of giving you good quality of food if you take care of your puppies like I do and care for her or his health I will recommend to check out other companies out there that they are very good quality and have a 100 costumer satisfaction knowing this situation can happen since you getting raw food unfortunately this company they don’t care what they give to your dog they just trying to make money out of you and give you bad bags of food mix in your boxes just be aware and check your dog stools that’s when I realize something was very wrong and why my dog was acting sick also consider that they have a not return policy this was said by management but it doesn’t said anywhere in the website
